  • Monitor operational dashboards in real-time to track performance metrics and identify any deviations from established standards or schedules.
  • Implement engagement strategies for venue staff to foster positive relationships, ensure clear communication, and maintain high performance levels throughout the exam cycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for venue supervisors and customers on test days, addressing inquiries promptly and escalating complex issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
  • Proactively identify and report any logistical, technical, or resourcing challenges that could impact service delivery or the candidate experience, proposing viable solutions immediately.
  • Support the Operations Manager in the selection process for suitable venues and staff, ensuring all choices align with British Council criteria and budget constraints.

Essential

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination, operations management, or a similar role within an educational, corporate, or international organization setting.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate resources effectively, and work under pressure during peak operational periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders, including venue staff, customers, and senior management.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using digital dashboards or logistics management systems for performance monitoring.

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for the employee and eligible dependents, ensuring access to quality medical care across the country.
  • Provident fund contributions and a structured retirement benefits plan to secure long-term financial stability and career growth.
