Job Overview
Q-Sourcing Uganda seeks a Sales Growth Manager to lead revenue generation and market expansion across the country. This role supports the company’s strategy to deepen presence in banking, telecom, FMCG, NGOs, manufacturing and public sector. The candidate will report to the Head of Business, Strategic Markets Uganda.
The Sales Growth Manager will develop and execute a data-informed growth strategy aligned with Q-Sourcing Group’s mission and commercial objectives. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, building a resilient sales pipeline, and forging strategic partnerships that increase market share. The role also contributes to annual budgeting and forecasting, ensuring targets are realistic yet ambitious.
Based in Uganda, the position offers the chance to shape the future of workforce solutions in a dynamic East African market. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging market intelligence to tailor solutions for clients. Success will be measured by revenue growth, client acquisition, and expansion into priority sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, preferably within outsourcing or HR services, and demonstrate a track record of achieving ambitious targets. Experience working with multinational clients and understanding regulatory environments in Uganda will be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Kampala, with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Growth Manager will drive the company’s growth agenda by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. This involves close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall business goals. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks in a competitive environment.
Key responsibilities include developing sector-specific market entry strategies and monitoring competitor activity. The manager will also oversee pipeline management, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Regular performance reporting to the Head of Business will be essential for tracking progress.
Additionally, the Sales Growth Manager will provide input into annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring sales targets are grounded in market intelligence. Building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders across industries is another core duty. The role also involves representing Q-Sourcing at industry events and trade shows.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for Uganda that aligns with group objectives and drives sustainable revenue increase.
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities in banking, telecom, FMCG, NGOs, manufacturing and public sector through detailed market research.
- Create sector-specific market entry plans, including pricing models, partnership structures and go-to-market tactics.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads and managing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Forge strategic partnerships with key industry players, associations and government bodies to expand Q-Sourcing’s service offerings.
- Monitor competitor activity, regulatory changes and market trends, adjusting strategies proactively to protect and grow market share.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must possess a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within workforce solutions, outsourcing or related services industries. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans are essential for success in this role.
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies that have delivered measurable revenue increases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Luganda or Swahili is an asset.
In addition to the essential requirements, the following qualifications are desirable and will strengthen a candidate’s application. These include sector‑specific experience and advanced educational credentials.

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience working with multinational clients across East Africa, particularly in banking, telecom or FMCG sectors.
- Certification in sales management, strategic planning or a recognized professional sales methodology.
