Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fumigation and cleaning teams to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs across client sites.
• Monitor service quality by conducting regular inspections and providing feedback to maintain company standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, fumigation chemicals, and equipment to prevent shortages and ensure operational readiness.
• Schedule staff shifts and allocate resources efficiently based on workload demands and client service agreements.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to preserve relationships and company reputation.
• Prepare daily operational reports detailing work completed, materials used, and any incidents for management review.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment during service delivery.
• Assist in training new employees on standard operating procedures, equipment handling, and customer service expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in fumigation, cleaning, or sanitation services operations.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and manage daily workflows in a field service environment.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling, inventory control, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with clients, team members, and management effectively.
• Age between 22-26 years as specified by the employer for this entry-level operations role.

Desirable

• Additional certification in pest control, fumigation safety, or environmental health practices.
• Experience using basic software for reporting, scheduling, or inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of Ugandan health and safety regulations related to cleaning and fumigation services.
• Previous exposure to client service or account management in a service-oriented business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when emergency services are required.
