  • Monitor vehicle life-cycle costs and utilization levels to inform replacement timing decisions.
  • Prepare timely and accurate fleet financial reports for management review on a regular schedule.
  • Produce monthly management accounts relating to transport and fleet operations for performance tracking.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • Develop financial dashboards and reports covering fleet revenue, expenses, utilization, and profitability metrics.
  • Present financial results and insights to senior management in clear, actionable formats.
  • Support decision-making through data-driven financial analysis of fleet operations and investments.
  • Monitor fleet revenues and ensure revenue assurance through accurate billing and tracking systems.
  • Investigate unusual or excessive costs and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate periodic physical verification of fleet assets to ensure record accuracy and prevent losses.
