Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Minimum of two years professional experience in any of the functional areas listed such as commercial sales engineering finance or human resources.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural environments with experience collaborating across different countries or regions.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with proficiency in English essential for regional operations.
• Proven track record of integrity professionalism and accountability in previous work environments.
• Ability to plan organize and deliver results with discipline taking ownership of outcomes in assigned tasks.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies methodologies and business practices in a dynamic industry.

Desirable

• Experience working specifically in the telecommunications ICT or cloud services industry with understanding of related technologies.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications relevant to your functional area such as PMP CPA Cisco or HR qualifications.
• Previous experience with pan-African or multinational organizations operating across multiple countries in Africa.
• Technical proficiency in tools and platforms commonly used in your field such as CRM ERP or network management systems.
• Experience in project management infrastructure deployment or service delivery within telecommunications or IT environments.
• Language skills beyond English including French Portuguese or other African languages beneficial for regional roles.
