Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualization tools to support management decision-making.
• Generate actionable insights from scientific, laboratory, manufacturing, sales, and operational data.
• Design and maintain databases, data models, and reporting frameworks for improved data accessibility.
• Perform statistical analyses and trend evaluations to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
• Monitor key organizational performance indicators and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Support research, product development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance activities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Biostatistics, Laboratory Science, Biomedical Technology, Natural Sciences, Epidemiology, or Economics.
• Proven experience in data analysis, data cleaning, and statistical modeling with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools and software.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Desirable

• Master’s Degree in a related field such as Data Science, Biostatistics, or Epidemiology.
• Experience working in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and data governance frameworks in the medical field.
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting models.
• Certification in data analysis, statistical software, or data visualization tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
