Job Overview

Wild Coffee Bar is seeking a talented Full-time Content Creator to join our growing team in Uganda. This role focuses on telling our brand story through compelling video content for Wild Coffee Bar and The Pampery. You will be responsible for creating scroll-stopping videos that engage customers locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate is fast, reliable, and highly creative with proven skills in turning ideas into viral-worthy social media content. You will primarily shoot on iPhone and edit using Final Cut Pro to produce high-quality videos that showcase our unique coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using iPhone footage
• Edit videos in Final Cut Pro to ensure professional quality and brand consistency
• Develop content concepts that align with Wild Coffee Bar’s storytelling goals and marketing campaigns
• Film behind-the-scenes footage of coffee preparation, barista techniques, and cafe atmosphere
• Produce promotional content for special events, new menu items, and seasonal offerings at both Wild Coffee Bar and The Pampery
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content strategies to maximize engagement and reach
• Maintain an organized library of raw footage and edited videos for easy access and reuse
• Respond to comments and messages on social media posts to foster community engagement

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience creating video content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Proficiency in shooting high-quality video using smartphones, especially iPhone models
• Strong editing skills in Final Cut Pro with ability to produce polished videos quickly
• Creative mindset with ability to generate original ideas that capture audience attention
• Reliable work ethic with consistent ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality content
• Understanding of social media algorithms and what makes content perform well on different platforms

Desirable

• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
• Basic photography skills for capturing still images to complement video content
• Knowledge of coffee culture and ability to authentically represent specialty coffee experiences
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance and audience insights
• Ability to write compelling captions and hashtags that enhance video discoverability
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing business environment
