  • Create targeted outreach strategies using social media and email campaigns to engage prospective students in Central Uganda.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics including conversion rates and student enrolment numbers against monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with international offices to ensure consistent service delivery and share best practices across the global network.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application statuses and visa outcomes for compliance and reporting purposes.

  • Basic computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM systems and other digital tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with demonstrable experience achieving goals in academic, volunteer or work settings.
  • Resilience and persistence to handle objections and maintain productivity during challenging recruitment periods.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, education counselling or student support roles, even if voluntary or internship-based.
  • Knowledge of international education systems, particularly UK UCAS, US Common App or Canadian university application processes.
  • Familiarity with visa requirements for major study destinations and experience assisting with documentation preparation.
  • Second language ability in Luganda, Swahili or other local languages to better serve diverse student communities across Uganda.
  • Experience using social media platforms for professional outreach and engagement with youth audiences.

  • Competitive monthly salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses tied to individual and team recruitment targets.
  • Comprehensive training programme covering partner institutions, application procedures, visa processes and effective counselling techniques.
  • Opportunities for career progression into senior recruitment, team leadership or specialised roles within the international education sector.
