Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and proactive service delivery.
• Demonstrate Odoo ERP system functionality to clients and provide basic troubleshooting support during implementation phases.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for additional services while documenting requirements accurately for technical teams.
• Coordinate between internal departments and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare comprehensive client reports and presentations highlighting system performance, usage metrics, and improvement recommendations.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalations while maintaining professional standards under pressure situations.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new Odoo modules, features, and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback to continuously improve service delivery standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any closely related field from a recognised institution.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of business ERP systems, with particular emphasis on Odoo platform architecture and modules.
• Exhibit strong work ethic, positive learning attitude, and genuine willingness to grow professionally in a dynamic environment.
• Display excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.

Desirable

• Previous internship or entry-level experience in IT client services, sales, or account management roles.
• Familiarity with CRM software tools and basic data analysis techniques for client reporting purposes.
• Certification in Odoo fundamentals or completion of any related technical training programme.
• Self-motivated personality with proven ability to work independently while achieving targets in fast-paced settings.
