  • Provide timely feedback to sales management on market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback gathered during field engagements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, ethical standards and customer data protection regulations during all client interactions.

Essential

  • Minimum qualification of a diploma or degree from a recognised institution in any field of study.
  • Proven work experience in sales, preferably within telecommunications, internet services or related technology sectors.
  • Age between 25 and 30 years as specified in the requirements to ensure suitability for the role’s demands.
  • Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining regular communication with supervisors and team members.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer segments across different socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications industry trends and competitive landscape in the Ugandan market.

  • Company-provided transportation allowance to facilitate movement within assigned sales territories including fuel and vehicle maintenance support.
  • Access to ongoing professional development through regular product training sessions and sales technique workshops conducted by experts.
